SMS Terms of Service and privacy policy

Terms of Service: Tipton Law Group, LLC SMS via VXT

1. Expect to receive text messages regarding the times, locations, and general information about court events and office appointments. You may also receive SMS messages from your attorney or other Tipton Law Group, LLC staff regarding your case or client billing.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number(s). After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, you will have been unsubscribed and we will note it to your file. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, you may re-enroll by texting us of this intention.

3. Tipton Law Group, LLC text lines via VXT are staff-monitored. If you require assistance, you may request it by texting us with your inquiry. You can also obtain help by calling 260-897-9800.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages relatively frequently, but no more than one to five times per day UNLESS you are interfacing with us in a manner that requires a response. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

However, Tipton Law Group may share this information with subcontractors in support services, but your opt-in data or SMS consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose.
